 Lindsey Murphy 18 years old
3 Lindsey has Down Syndrome and a heart defect that has been repaired.

Lindsey loves music, dancing, singing, and the Texas Rangers TV show.

She helps vacuum the house and in on trash patrol. She helps cook and is a great salad maker!

 Cody Murphy 16 years old
3 Cody has Down Syndrome.

Cody loves music, watching video's, swinging on his play set, and his picture bible stories book.

He helps around the house by organizing toys and clothes. He watches out for his brothers and sisters and hands out meals at mealtime.

 Angela Murphy 36 years old
3 Angela was born with Down Syndrome. Angela was in foster care with serious behavior problems and came to the Murphy's at age 15 and was adopted shortly thereafter.

She loves Lizzy McGuire and the Matilda movie. She loves swimming, skating and dancing.

Angela helps picking up around the house, cleaning the bathrooms and puts dishes in the dishwasher.

 Jeanette Murphy 54 years old

Jeanette was born in North Carolina and is 1 of 8 children. She moved to Atlanta in 1987.

She loves reading, studying medical issues and history, and enjoys the outdoors.

What is Jeanette's job around the house? Raising kids, raising kids, and raising more kids!!

 Jimmy Murphy 20 years old
3 Jimmy has Down Syndrome, Celiac Disease, Autism, and was born with a heart defect.

He loves to follow Mom and Dad around all day!

 Christian Murphy 26 years old
3 Christian was born in Maryland and is the Murphy's 2nd birth son.

Christian's interests are film directing and television producing. He works at a theater and enjoys studying conspiracy theories in his free time.

He is a handy man around the house fixing repairs and helps shampoo the carpet.

 Julia Murphy 19 years old
3 Julia was born with Down Syndrome. She was placed in foster care and was adopted by her foster care mother, Karin, after being abused by her biological family. She came to the Murphys at age 16.
4 Julia loves Disney and playing outdoors. She is a big Brittney Spears fan and loves getting all dressed up.
1 Julia helps around the house by folding clothes, cleaning the kitchen counters and vacuuming. She also cooks!

 Kristina 3 years old
3 Kristina's biological mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia and other mental illnesses and her biological father was a severe drug user who was in and out of jail. At this time, Kristina has no known health issues and is a thriving healthy 3 year old.
4 Kristina loves Barney, music, and dance. You most often can find Kristina cooking up a gourmet meal in her pretend kitchen.
1 Kristina keeps up with her chores by cleaning her room, helping with laundry and putting towels away.

 Maxie Murphy 3 years old
3 Maxie was born with a very long tongue that always hangs out.
4 He is loyal, calm and very smart!
1 Maxie's job in the Murphy household is to keep track of Mom.  He waits for her at the door when she is gone.  Look for Maxie...and Mom is always close by!
